Meet Erika
Hi, I’m Erika—the virtual assistant behind Resolutely Remote. I started this business with one clear goal: to support people from a distance… and do it well.
I’ve always worked best behind the scenes, quietly keeping things running. I’m not the type to be on the phone or in meetings all day—and thankfully, not every business needs that. Some just need things handled. That’s where I come in.
My specialty is creating structure where things feel scattered. I’m detail-oriented, fast at learning new systems, and comfortable with everything from inbox cleanup to billing support to custom admin tasks. I have taught myself many tools like ClickUp and Spectora (a home inspection software) from scratch—so if you’ve got a new tool to learn or an old system that needs tidying up, I’m your person.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me baking something from scratch, sewing or knitting something cozy, or spending time with my family. I love routines, beautiful systems, and the feeling of being caught up for once.
